Embrace the Stress
Stress is a mechanism that exists naturally in our bodies, and our bodies are "built" to perform on the "maximum function" during stress. As a result of improper care and stress-producing diets, systemic damage (symptoms) of "chronic stress" (adrenal gland fatigue) occurs. Among them is the increase in abdominal fat, decreased metabolism, damage to the immune system and more ... In this lecture, we will learn to embrace stress and together with tips and practice we can already prevent and deal with chronic stress.
