The impact of a workplace on employee retention is undeniable. A study conducted by Gallop, a major research institute in the US for over 30 years, has found that organizations with high levels of integration with their employees will see 87% less chance of leaving compared to those without any sense of ownership within the organization's culture.

It's no secret that burning out at work can have a devastating effect on the employee’s mental health and general wellbeing. In fact, recent research shows that around 67% of employees are burnt out from their jobs, which ends up costing companies around $400 billion per year in lost of productivity, absence of employees due to sick days and employee turnover.

There's no CEO or Human Resources Manager who hasn't deal with employee abandonment, and therefore the need to create a highly valued internal wellbeing system for employees. They all agree that this can be a great tool, to help keep employees happy and motivated, and as a result the turnover rate will deplete significantly and the level of productivity will increase.

We understood that there was a great opportunity to help businesses create an optimal environment for their employees, we therefore created flexity. Our methods are based on science and data collection to determine what types of content will lead employees to strengthen their wellbeing while they're at the office, home or on their way. In order to improve each individual’s wellbeing in their workplace, it was confirmed that the following 6 areas needed attention: Physical, mental, spiritual, emotional, social and environmental.

The research process began with the famous high-tech company in Silicon Valley. They had 87 employees who took a personality test, and based on this questionnaire they received various content tailored just to them.

For example, we discovered that spiritual and emotional themes resonated deeply with Joseph who is a Software Engineer.

We provided content for Joseph such as a podcast that talks about personal development, a digital course that talks about improving relationships and a meditation workshop.

Ladina, a Product Manager, with an interest in the physical and social fields was matched to content that fit her interests which included functional online training courses for yoga instructors as well as podcasts on body language reading.

We were positively surprised by the results! Comparing the annual employee satisfaction surveys, over 60% of employees at this organization reported an improvement in employee satisfaction and their well-being.

So how exactly does this work?

Every user who enters the platform receives content according to his preferences. Examples include but are not limited to VOD, lectures, live meditation and classes, podcasts, digital courses, articles, recipes, etc.
